The New New Home recently won the Robert Bruss award from the National Association of Real Estate Editors for best real estate book published in 2014. The award comes with a prize, which the author expects to spend in more than one place.
NAREE’s judges thought highly of the book, published by The Taunton Press. One judge called it “a valuable survey of what is out there in the production housing market today.” Another reported that it was interesting to see “how the cutting-edge features of show homes do or do not make their way into the mainstream.”
